The Power Supply Battery Units are power independent battery packs. They are used to supply mobile camera and audio systems in EMC halls. For charging the accumulator a battery charger is enclosed, for which the secondary voltage must be indicated. For camera without Pan/Tilt Unit and Audio systems there is a secondary voltage of 12V=suitable. Systems with Pan/Tilt Unit need to have an additional 24V~ voltage integrated in the battery pack. The battery packs are equipped with an integrated accumulator watching system to avoid discharging and extend their lifetime. This watching system separates the power supply to the camera, when the accumulator voltage underflows 10.4V. In this case the red LED on the housing is lightened.

The pan & tilt unit can be connected to camera 8 series. Using the pan & tilt unit the cameras are much more flexible. Additionally they can be mounted on a tripod with the enclosed adapter plate. The rotation and tilt angle can be minimized with internal limiters.

The wooden tripod is used as a mobile stand for the EUT near camera. The tripod is easy to adjust in height and angle. The tripod main material is wood, which reduces the reflectivity of the mobile CCTV and makes it lightweight for easy transport.

The controllers of the series 5 are designed for combined video-/audio systems. All our cameras without remote controllable aperture (Cam 8 and Cam 9) fit to these controllers and in addition an audio system for connection to an EMC shielded audio-satellite ASAT1 is provided. The camera functions zoom, focus, pan/tilt movements and the audio function (Push-to-talk) can be remote controlled.

Essentially the combined video-/audio system consists of the three main components

• 1 ... 6 camera(s) without aperture control Cam 8/Cam 9

The audio part of the controller and the audio-satellite operate bi-directional together, that means an acoustic signal recorded from the audio-satellite is replayed by the controller/monitor and inversely. The transmission direction can be selected from the controller. The ASAT1 is equipped with an automatic gain control which ensures a constant loudness, independent from the distance and the level of the sound source. With these controllers it’s possible to realize a one channel intercom system.
